Datuk Siti Zauyah was appointed as Chairman of GITN Sdn Berhad, a wholly-owned subsidiary of TM, reinforcing her pivotal role within the organisation since her start as an Independent Non-Executive Director of TM on 10 June 2020. She holds an MBA in International Banking from the University of Manchester. Her commitment to leadership development was highlighted by her participation in the Oxford High Performance Leadership Programme at Said Business School, University of Oxford, in 2010.
Datuk Siti Zauyah’s career began in 1982 in the Public Works Department as a Quantity Surveyor. She then held various significant roles in the Ministry of Finance Malaysia, from Assistant Secretary in the Contract Management Division to the Director of National Budget at the National Budget Office. Her extensive experience includes being seconded as Director’s Advisor to the Asian Development Bank in Manila from 2003 to 2006. Upon her return, she climbed the ranks to become Deputy Secretary General (Policy) at MOF until her retirement in November 2019.
In addition to her leadership at GITN, Datuk Siti Zauyah serves on the boards of Cagamas Holdings Berhad, Cagamas SRP Berhad, and Westports Holdings Berhad. She is also a Member of the Board of Trustee of the Capital Market Development Fund and actively participates in TM's Board Tender Committee and Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
With extensive enterprise business experience across leading telcos, both within and outside TM, and a proven track record in setting strategic direction, including strengthening TM's SME business, she is well-positioned to sharpen GITN competitiveness and lead its next phase of growth.
Ahmad Fairus, a 45-year-old Malaysian, holds a Bachelor of Accounting (Honours) degree from Multimedia University, Cyberjaya. He is a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (FCMA). He has also completed executive leadership programs at INSEAD Business School, International Institute for Management Development (IMD), and the ICLIF Executive Education Center.
With over 20 years of experience delivering high-quality commercial finance and accounting support within the telecommunications industry, Ahmad Fairus brings a blend of financial expertise and strategic insight to his role. His extensive background encompasses long-term strategic planning, merger and acquisition and corporate restructuring, commercial partnership evaluations, and capital allocation to drive business growth. He first joined TM in 2001 and rejoined the company in 2018 as General Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis. Following this, he served as the Group Financial Controller before being promoted to Deputy GCFO in April 2024. He was appointed as the Group Chief Financial Officer of TM, effective 1 November 2024.
Ahmad Fairus also contributes as a board member across several TM subsidiaries.
Mohamed Faisal Naina Mohamed is the Vice President of Government Business at TM One, where he focuses on cultivating strong customer relationships within the public sector. With 27 years of experience in the Telco and IT industry, Faisal brings a wealth of expertise and insight to his role. He also serves on the Board of Directors for GITN Sdn Berhad, a TM subsidiary that provides network infrastructure to government agencies.
Faisal holds a Bachelor of Applied Science from Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM). He is a passionate advocate for growth and is highly self-motivated, always striving for success in all his endeavours.
Fatimah Mis was appointed Chief Financial Officer of TM One on 1 July 2021, and has been a Director on the Board of VADS Berhad since 9 May 2019. She also serves as a director of GITN Sdn. Berhad, a wholly-owned subsidiary of TM, where she leverages her extensive financial expertise. Fatimah is a Fellow Certified Practising Accountant Australia (FCPA Australia) and a Chartered Accountant with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants. She holds an MBA in Strategic Management from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia.
With over two decades of experience in the telecommunications industry, Fatimah's expertise spans financial and management accounting, financial and management reporting, planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the TM Group. Her previous roles include Financial Controller and General Manager of Business Planning and Reporting at TM Group, where she was instrumental in overseeing finance operations and leading business planning and performance management. Fatimah also played a key role in the implementation of the Goods & Services Tax for the TM Group, ensuring compliance with the GST Act 2014.
Mazalini Mahani has been the Chief Financial Officer at GITN since October 2023, building on a 23-year career that includes significant roles within Telekom Malaysia. She holds a Bachelor of Accounting (Hons.) from Multimedia University. Mazalini oversees GITN's financial strategy, aligning operations with the short and long-term goals of the Board and TM. Her duties encompass leading the financial planning, budget management, and the execution of business plans in strict adherence to corporate governance.
Mazalini's leadership extends to directing the annual budget cycle, ensuring resource optimisation and strategic objective alignment. She also spearheads the preparation of management reports and business efficiency programs, enhancing decision-making and financial sustainability. Her efforts are crucial in maintaining effective fund and cash flow management to support GITN's ongoing operations and strategic initiatives.
Norfaizah Mohd Puad has been leading the Corporate Services & Management at GITN since February 2021, harnessing her extensive 16-year background across various domains at Telekom Malaysia. A graduate in Science Surveying from Universiti Teknologi MARA, she previously excelled as the Manager of Business Execution & Improvement at TM.
Reporting directly to the CEO, Norfaizah oversees a diverse portfolio including people & culture, corporate governance, quality management, communications, and service excellence. She is pivotal in developing and executing strategic initiatives that enhance corporate services and customer experience. Her role is crucial in driving business activities, communication strategies, and ensuring compliance with corporate governance, which collectively contribute to excellent operational levels and the company’s bottom line.
Her responsibilities encompass defining business strategies aligned with TM’s government business direction, monitoring business performance, coordinating quality standards under the MyGov*Net contract, and formulating marketing strategies to enhance GITN’s market presence and customer engagement. Norfaizah leads programs that elevate customer competence and awareness, positioning GITN as a facilitator of simplified life and business solutions.
Rohaizan Ibrahim currently serves as the Director of PMO Gov*Net at GITN Sdn Berhad, bringing nearly 21 years of experience in the IT sector. He holds a Bachelor of IT (Hons.) in Computer Science, majoring in Networking, from Universiti Putra Malaysia. Rohaizan began his career at GITN in technical support, providing 2nd level assistance in Melaka and Negeri Sembilan before transitioning into sales and account management roles. His extensive background in technical and project management, particularly within the government sector, has made him a key figure in driving strategic initiatives such as the EPP8: E-Government core committee, where he played a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of government online services.
As Director, Rohaizan leads the MyGov*Net project management office, ensuring that projects align with long-term contracts and meet targets for revenue, profit, and growth. He is instrumental in upholding high standards of service quality, directly contributing to customer satisfaction and the overall success of the MyGov*Net initiatives. His expertise in managing complex government projects has been pivotal in enhancing the operational effectiveness of MyGov*Net.
Rohaizan’s responsibilities include developing project strategies, advocating best practices in project management, and leading a highly motivated Project Management Office team. His efforts ensure that MyGov*Net aligns with broader Digital Government initiatives. In addition, he manages change management programs and fosters strong stakeholder relationships to support project and training delivery. His leadership has significantly contributed to the success and impact of MyGov*Net’s operations.
Sharizal Mohamed serves as the Director of Putrajaya Campus Network at GITN, bringing over a decade of experience to the role. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from The Manchester Metropolitan University. Prior to joining GITN, he was a General Manager at Sapura Group of Companies, where he honed his leadership and technical expertise.
As the Director, Sharizal leads the strategic planning, development, operation, and maintenance of the Putrajaya Campus Network and its associated ICT services, ensuring alignment with the company’s business plan and directives from the Board and management. His leadership is crucial in maintaining high service standards to meet target SLA/SLG commitments and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Sharizal’s responsibilities include directing and managing the network’s development and implementation projects, ensuring high network performance, availability, and scalability. He oversees a diverse team, ensuring efficient project coordination and superior technical support. Sharizal is committed to delivering service excellence, managing risks effectively, and achieving the company’s strategic objectives, operational excellence, and profitability through meticulous process analysis and risk mitigation strategies.
Muhammad Romdzi Ahamed Rahimi is the Director of Solution Consultant at GITN, with nearly 25 years of experience in a variety of strategic fields and planning. With a Master of Science in Telecommunication Engineering from Universiti Teknologi MARA, he previously oversaw planning and provisioning at GITN. In his current position, he is focused on developing advanced ICT solutions that are in line with emerging technology trends and customer demands.
He is responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of network design and ensuring compliance with best practices and standards. Muhammad Romdzi Ahamed Rahimi approach involves establishing strong technical relationships with customers, gathering critical data to tailor solutions to their specific needs. He continuously seeks to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction through rapid delivery and response times, and high professionalism.
Additionally, he stays at the forefront of technology by engaging with partners and participating in industry updates and seminars. He shapes business strategies for his division by integrating the latest technological insights into GITN’s service offerings, ranging from network services to comprehensive system integration solutions. His role is crucial in maintaining GITN's competitive edge by enhancing both technical and business acumen across the company.
Mohamad Zuraidy Mohd Noor serves as the Director of State Business & Operation at GITN, overseeing a robust operation that includes project implementation, fault restoration, preventive maintenance, and after-sales support services across network and ICT. With a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from Multimedia University and 23 years of experience, his prior role was Head of Regional Operation & Customer Experience Management at GITN.
Zuraidy’s strategic leadership is key in managing a nationwide team to enhance operational efficiency and customer service. His role focuses on end-to-end support and operations optimisation through various quality and digitalisation initiatives aimed at increasing revenue, improving EBIT values, and enhancing customer satisfaction indices such as the Customer Net Easy Score and Service Satisfaction Index. He is responsible for the nationwide implementation of the Single Truck Roll (STR) service, optimising fault restoration processes, and minimising costs.
Additionally, Zuraidy leads the formulation of business strategies at the state level to sustain revenue and foster continuous improvement in operational excellence. His approach ensures that GITN meets its strategic goals while providing excellent service and improving customer and employee satisfaction.
Mohd Shahrizan Bin Yusof, Director of Network Services at GITN Sdn Berhad holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Electronic (Telecommunications) from Multimedia University. With over a decade of experience, Mohd Shahrizan has developed deep expertise in network services, service improvement, and business transformation.
Throughout his career, Mohd Shahrizan has held several key positions, including Assistant Manager in provisioning and IP core design, where he was responsible for network fulfilment and service transformation. He later advanced to senior roles in service improvement and transformation consulting, contributing significantly to customer experience management and operational excellence initiatives. His leadership has been instrumental in enhancing service delivery and improving network operations within GITN.
In his current role, Mohd Shahrizan oversees the management of GITN’s network services, ensuring reliable operations and driving continuous improvement. His extensive background in network design, service excellence, and business transformation positions him as a valuable leader in steering GITN’s network services toward higher efficiency and success.
Shah Fitri Bin Yasin, Director of the Security Operation Centre at GITN Sdn Berhad holds a Bachelor of Information Technology (Hons) in Data Communication & Networking from Multimedia University. With extensive experience in network services, ICT technical sales, and cybersecurity, he has been instrumental in enhancing GITN’s security operations.
His career began in 2007, where he held various roles in sales engineering and ICT technical sales, before transitioning into management positions within network services. Shah Fitri's expertise in handling high-priority enterprise systems and overseeing network security has been vital in leading initiatives that improve network resilience and cybersecurity readiness. As Director of the Security Operation Centre, he has driven significant improvements in operational security management for GITN.
In his current role, Shah Fitri oversees the Security Operation Centre, ensuring the security of GITN’s network infrastructure and managing the security services that protect critical systems and data. His leadership and technical acumen continue to strengthen GITN’s cybersecurity framework, making him a key figure in the company’s ongoing success.
